Songster is a free music trivia game that allows users to test their knowledge of songs by listening to audio previews and guessing the correct track. The Service uses music content provided by Deezer's API and is intended for entertainment purposes only.

You may use Songster as a guest or by signing in with Google or Discord. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information through your OAuth provider
• Maintain the security of your account by protecting your OAuth credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

When using Songster, you agree not to:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Attempt to manipulate game scores or statistics fraudulently
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE

• WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

Music availability depends on Deezer's catalog and may vary by region. We do not guarantee that specific artists or tracks will be available.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (WHICH IS ZERO, AS SONGSTER IS FREE).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Songster and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
